Year Schedule & Time Off
Our annual schedule takes full advantage of extended learning opportunities for all of our KIPP DFW students. The school year begins two weeks prior to local school districts and ends nearly two weeks after traditional school districts.
Thanks to the flexible and understanding nature of our time off policy, KIPP employees are able to reach their personal and professional goals with personal time off, bereavement leave, holidays, and many other leave instances.
KIPP DFW ensures that students are being held to the highest rigorous instructional skills and character development. With that, teachers have flexibility in the creation of their curriculum, while utilizing supports and tools to develop a classroom that encourages constant student growth. KIPP DFW strongly emphasizes a collaborative mindset, as teachers and leaders work together to build out the best resources for our students.

Further, our team members are experts in their field and content. We meet weekly to plan, collaborate, brainstorm, observe, and reflect.
