Thank you for your interest in a career at KIPP DFW. We are currently accepting applications for various instructional and non-instructional positions. Applicants can expect the following steps in our hiring process
KIPP DFW only accepts applications and resumes through our online application system. Apply online here and create a user profile, which will allow you to save your work and return to the site to update your progress any time in the future.
After creating a profile, you will be able to select “Instructional Positions” or “Leadership & Support Staff Positions.” While on this page you will click on the position you are interested in applying to, at which point you will submit an online application, along with your resume and cover letter.
Upon a successful review of an applicant’s submission, a telephone interview with a member of the KIPP DFW Talent Team will be requested via email. Telephone interviews will be scheduled at the applicant & the Talent Team’s earliest convenience.
Upon a successful telephone interview, the applicant will be invited to interview with a school leader or hiring manager. All instructional applicants will be asked to conduct a sample lesson at the school. We will provide additional information about how to prepare for the sample lesson and you will have the opportunity to ask the hiring manager clarifying questions.
All applicants, regardless of stage, will be notified of their status in the process either via email or over the phone. If an applicant has not received notification within two days of a stage, please feel free to reach out to the Talent Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
